• Purpose and Noise: What Humans Actually Bring to AI — Intelligence is becoming a commodity. The two things AI cannot generate on its own are purpose and noise — direction and lived friction. That's the human…
• The Skill That Grew a Mind — Run an eight-question gate on every 'done' without exception and the corpus the artifacts live in starts doing things a checklist cannot: it converges, it…
• Why "Done" Is the Most Dangerous Word in Software — Done collapses three levels — asserted, tested, proven — into one word. The collapse is where bugs live, and the gate keeps the levels distinct at the only…
• The Cure Is Cheap Because the Cause Is Close — Fine-grained questions collapse the cost of curing a flaw to O(1): the failing question is the root cause, named, with the cure prescribed in the same motion.
• Self-Healing Is Search — Recovery heals after damage. A gated corpus hunts its own flaws on every read, before symptoms — and the search scales with the corpus because the search is…
• Question Everything — Especially Your Own Thoughts — The most expensive bug is the mind agreeing with itself. QC installs self-suspicion as structure: no work grades itself, fixtures come from reality, honesty is…
• The Gate Binds Its Own Builders — A quality system is real only if it binds its own author. These are the standing constraints that hold the builders, the founder, and the instruments to the…
• The Corpus Is a Neural Network — A corpus gated at admission is structurally an inference system — agents as activation functions, artifacts as weights. The hallucination prediction ships as…
• The Quality of Your Aim — The Honesty Ratio Is the Loss Curve — The honesty ratio is the loss curve the discipline is pointed at: persisted hourly to public git, and labeled with what it measures so the gauge can never…
• Every Node Is Its Own World — Every platform you've run your business on had a building you couldn't enter. A ComOS node is your whole business on a machine you own — what stays shared is…
• The Mothership Never Calls You — Your machine makes every call; nothing ever calls in. Like a shop and its wholesaler — everyone understands who owns the shop.
• Nothing Authoritative Has Two Homes — Every fact that matters has exactly one home. What that rule costs a thief, and what it saves an owner.
• The Data Never Moves — To be findable, hand it over — that's been the deal since the first online marketplace. This is the design that refuses it: the network holds the map, and the…
• Every Tenant Connected to Every Tenant — Why can't every business trade with every other? The plumbing. Delete the plumbing, and the trading map completes itself.
• The Relationship Is a Prompt — No settings page — a paragraph. Your policy toward the network, in your own words, carried out by your agent.
